Build with RapidEye
Understand uploads, video processing, contextual chat, browser tasks and the boundaries of each integration.
Choose your integration
RapidEye combines video publishing, extracted context, conversational answers and browser tasks. Each surface has its own authentication and lifecycle.
| Surface | Access | Integration boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Website embedding | Published public or private experience | Versioned browser loader and controller. Owner configuration controls viewer capabilities. |
| Video publishing | Authenticated account with video ownership and applicable access approval | Application upload/editor flows, direct authorized storage and authenticated ingest admission. |
| Account chat | Fresh user bearer token and an authorized conversation | Authenticated application HTTP and NDJSON protocol. No account API-key provisioning. |
| Account browser tasks | Owned conversation, confirmed task and available capacity | Chat dispatch, authenticated event stream, current decision replies and explicit cancellation. |
From source video to an interactive experience
- Sign in with an account that can publish videos.
- Select a supported video in the Dashboard upload dialog.
- Complete the authorized transfer to storage.
- Request ingest and retain its revision receipt.
- Review processing outputs and author the video details.
- Publish the video or an embed experience.
- Use contextual chat or confirm an available browser task.

Use the right guide
| Guide | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Uploads | Formats, validation, resumable transfer, cleanup and ingest requests. |
| Processing | Stages, output review, status snapshots, failures and recovery. |
| Chat | Video and Assistant scope, context, request fields, NDJSON and history. |
| Browser agents | Confirmation, decisions, raw replies, replay, sign-in, cancellation and safety boundaries. |
| Usage | Account eligibility, request identity, operation limits and admission failures. |
| Errors | Endpoint-specific failures and useful diagnostic evidence. |
Plan for verified boundaries
Processing suggestions and model answers need review. External websites can change, deny access or present challenges. No completion time or external-site availability is guaranteed.
Account capabilities and embedded viewer capabilities differ. Embedded viewers do not inherit an owner’s profile, history, private browser sign-in or account credentials.
Source contracts describe behavior and available controls. They do not establish a tested installation for every browser, partner, website or recovery topology.
